Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to be processed before shipping.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

  • Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping charges
  • Items must be shipped to 13771 Newport Ave Ste 15-16, Tustin, CA 92780. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once item/s have been received by Fashion Camp, refund will be issued minus original shipping
  • Products must be returned in their original condition. Items bust be  new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria.
  • Returns not accepted on cut yardage.
    • We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by Fashion Camp, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable.  

      Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. 

    • Exchanges can be made for same items (ex. size change, color change etc.) Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. 
    • Exchanges: Original items must be sent back to: 13771 Newport Ave Ste 15-16, Tustin, CA 92780. Once original items have been received by Fashion Camp, exchanged items then will be shipped out and customer will be notified.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
