Camp Policies

ALL CLASSES, CAMPS & WORKSHOPS are subject to the policies below,
including classes booked using SEASON PASSES & HOMESCHOOL CHARTER FUNDS

Date Change & Cancellation Policies:

  • Date Changes and Cancellations can be made, free of charge, at any time up to 7 days before the start of a class.

  • Date Changes and Cancellations made within 7 days ahead of a scheduled class can be made for a $10 date change/cancellation fee.  Fee must be paid at the time of date change/cancellation.

  • Date Changes and Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start of a camp will receive a 50% refund of their camp fee.

  • No shows will forfeit their camp fee, no exceptions.

Late Arrival & Pick Up Policies:

  • Late Arrivals (more than 15 minutes) to any class, camp or workshop are subject to a $10 fee.   No students will be accepted to class if more than 30 minutes late.

  • Late Pick Ups (more than 5 minutes after the conclusion of a class, camp or workshop) will be charged $1/minute.
