Summer Junior Camp

 

SEWING FOR THE YOUNGEST DESIGNER!

This camp is designed as an introduction to sewing for kids ages 7 & 8 (or those entering 2nd grade in the Fall). Campers will learn basics in hand sewing, machine sewing, even fashion illustration! These skills will be applied to 2 projects - a drawstring backpack and a skirt*. All this plus a sketching lesson, draping, games, challenges and an end-of-week Fashion Show for friends and family!

CAMP DETAILS

  • Ages 7 - 8 (or entering 2nd grade in the Fall)
  • This camp is an age appropriate introduction for youngsters looking to learn to sew, with fashion-themed games and activities throughout to keep it fun and engaging.
  • Camps are Monday - Friday.
  • Camps are offered 9am-12pm.
  • No makeups for missed days.
  • Price: $375 & Includes Materials.
  • Campers will sew 2 projects: a skirt* and a drawstring backpack
    *Boy campers may choose to make shorts.
