SUMMER CAMP FAQ | DATE CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer Camps will kick off Memorial Day Weekend with a week of Single Day Camps. Our week-long camp programs begin June 5th!
If you are looking for a unique, creative and skill-based camp experience - you've found it. At Fashion Camp - Create. Design. Sew., we have fun while building confidence, teaching responsibility and encouraging thought-provoking work.
2023 marks our 13th year of Summer Camps - 13 years offering programs to design enthusiasts, future fashion designers and those just looking for a unique camp experience. Here's some short-hand to help you select the right camp:
SEWING CAMP (ages 8-15) Designed for beginning and returning campers interested in sewing. Campers will complete two projects over the week, all while mastering the sewing machine. Beginning sewers and repeat campers welcome.
JUNIOR SEWING (ages 7-8, or entering 2nd grade in the Fall) Designed for our youngest campers, and those that are new to Fashion Camp. This camp, like all of what we do here, focuses on machine sewing. But we keep it moving and engaging for the littler ones by incorporating games and challenges, some fashion sketching and hand sewing. It is the complete fashion design experience from start to finish.
FULL DAY CAMP (ages 8-15) Designed for those who want a Full-Day Camp experience. Campers will complete four projects over the week, all while mastering the sewing machine. Beginning sewers and repeat campers welcome.
SINGLE DAY SEWING CAMP (ages 8-15) One-day camps designed to give you the awesome Fashion Camp experience, all in a single day. Campers will select one of our Fashion Camp projects to complete.
SATURDAY SEWING CAMP (ages 8-15) Single Day Saturday camps designed to give you the awesome Fashion Camp experience, all in a single day. Campers will select one of our Fashion Camp projects to complete.
SKETCHING WORKSHOP (ages 7-15) The fundamentals of fashion illustration. Students will learn to use a croquis and sketch flats just like a fashion designer!
SEWING 101 (ages 8-15) Our most in-depth beginning sewing class. Learn to use the machine and cut and sew a reversible tote bag. A series of 4 classes, taken whenever best suits your schedule - classes offered 6 days a week!
