Sewing Camp: June 17-21

Here is everything you need to know!

Campers will spend the week learning the basics - how to thread the machine, cut out patterns, pin, iron, and sew at a seam allowance. 

They’ll work throughout the week to complete TWO Fashion Camp projects for Half Day Campers, or FOUR Fashion Camp projects for Full Day Campers of their choice, then end the week with a big Fashion Show! 

ARRIVAL

A Waiver & Release Form will need to be completed for EVERY Camper attending. Click HERE to fill out the Waiver & Release in advance of camp.

Our doors will open at 8:50am (morning and full day camps) and 12:50pm (for afternoon camp).

SNACKS & LUNCHES

We encourage children to bring a snack & water with them to camp. There are no drinking fountains on site, please bring your own water.

Full Day Campers must pack a sack lunch.  
We ask that you please do not plan to send your kids to get lunch at any of the nearby restaurants - we do not allow campers to leave Fashion Camp for any reason during camp time.

COMING WITH A FRIEND

If you signed up for camp with a friend or sibling, please let us know so we may seat you together! You can email us HERE to let us know.

Not attending with a friend? We seat kids in groups at tables based on age- they will surely meet new friends during this week with us!

PROJECT OPTIONS

Throughout the week your child will complete two projects of their choice (Full Day Campers will complete four projects). All materials for this camp are included, and will be selected by campers on Monday. Campers will have the opportunity to select their projects upon arrival.  

FASHION SHOW FRIDAY

Friday will be our big end-of-camp Fashion Show, where the kids will present the projects they've worked so hard on throughout the week. The show will take place at 11:40am (morning camp) and 3:40pm (afternoon camp). We aim to finish right at 12:00pm.

For Full Day Campers, your child will participate in BOTH fashion shows on Friday. You may come to both shows, or just one- its up to you!

LATE ARRIVAL/ MISSED CLASS/ MAKE-UPS

This is a working camp. We have allotted just enough time to complete the projects offered. Late arrivals or missed camp days, are NOT advised. We cannot accept any camper who is more than 30 minutes late on Monday, or misses Monday's camp entirely.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

• Date changes and cancellations can be made, free of charge, any time up until 7 days before the start of a camp/class.
• Date changes/cancellations made within 7 days ahead of a scheduled class will be charged a $10 fee.
• Date changes/cancellations made within 12 hours of the start of a camp will receive a 50% refund of their camp fee.
• No shows forfeit their camp fee, no exceptions.
